Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your V-ART account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
